Who we are

Our customers choose KKP because we ensure good outsourcing in an effective collaboration with clear communication and quality awareness.

We often discuss product developments and new ways of reducing costs, so that we together can minimize price and maximize quality.

KKP Adviser & Production is a Danish family company, hence we have a flat organizational structure with close connections to each other, which also applies to our Czech suppliers whom we have been working with for many years.

KKP’s commitment to trust and communication

The customers of KKP are typically businesses with a turnover of 10-100 million DKK and a number of 10 – 100 employees, also known as SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). We provide regular weekly deliveries from the Czech Republic. We have helped SMEs with production since the beginning of the 90s – with quality, cost-saving, and punctual delivery as our core competencies.

This entails that the foundation of KKP builds on a steadfast, trustful, and continually increasing clientele.

KKP’s journey since the 90s

When the iron curtain, that had divided Europe, fell in 1989, Kurt Karsten Pedersen (hereof KKP) saw the opportunities of a newly opened market. The first productions started in Poland at the beginning of the 90s and later on, in 1995, KKP moved to the Czech Republic, where we installed an office – an office we still use today. In 2014, the son of Kurt Karsten Pedersen, Thomas Schelde Pedersen undertook the management of KKP while using his experience from his MBA and his previous work at Deloitte Consulting and Dong Energy, though, Thomas has been following KKP since he was 15 years old – coming on business trips with his father to both the suppliers in Poland and the Czech Republic.

The foundation of quality and reability

The Czech Republic has strong craft traditions and has become a strong base for KKP – a base and an office, that we still have today three of our Czech suppliers are the same as the ones we started out with in 1995. This gives KKP the ability to obtain good prices for our customers and a high and reliable level of quality. Development and new inquiries are smoothly operated due to our close and long-lasting Czech working relationship.

In the Czech Republic, we have qualified welders at our disposal, who are certified in both black- and stainless steel. We also use CNC machines among others, which are operated by experienced and conscientious employees.

The production program is broad and encompasses especially work with turning, grinding, welding and painting as well as cutting operations. We ensure optimal quality and have close working relationships.

KKP manages among others things:

  • Turning and milling
  • Laser cutting
  • Bending
  • Welding
    • MIG welding
    • MAG welding
    • TIG/WIG welding
  • Cutting operations
  • Galvanization
    • Hot-dip galvanizing
    • Electroplating
  • Powder coating
  • Assembly and system delivery
