We are here to advise and materialize concrete projects for our clients. We help with complex metal productions that may benefit from outsourcing, especially in cases where the product is transformed through a series of value-adding processes such as sheet metal work, welding, surface treatment, and assembly. With more than 10 established suppliers we possess all relevant metal manufacturing capabilities and competencies.
Machining
Machining with mainly turning and milling is a core technology at our company. It’s an essential part of our production program, and our continually innovated machine park allows us to provide our customers with a wide range of engineering and machine components. We can provide the operations and production of parts whether they are turned or milled or both, in both single and serial production.
Turning
Within turning technology, we specialize in crafting bespoke mechanical parts with demanding dimensional and geometric requirements with the capability to work on parts up to Ø 600 mm in diameter in a few or many dimensions. To maintain precision and efficiency, we employ state-of-the-art CNC technologies for turning with various rotating tools in our processes.
Milling
Our machines are specifically designed for machining hydraulic blocks, gearbox housings, filter housings, and similar components. Our production approach prioritizes flexibility and cost-effectiveness, with manual operations being an element in the process. Our current milling capabilities enable us to manufacture parts efficiently up to 1500 x 600 mm.
Grinding
Our company places a strong emphasis on precision finishing operations that demand exact dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality. We also use grinding for precise flat surface finishing and to prepare for geometrically demanding milling operations.
Sheet metal work
We possess the newest technologies in laser cutting and punching press. Laser cutting of plates is done with precision down to 0.1 mm in sizes up to 6200 x 2050 mm. The thickness of steel and stainless steel can be up to 25 mm and in aluminium up to 15 mm. Laser cutting is available in brass and copper.
Bending
We perform the bending of sheet metal parts in a CNC press with a pressure of up to 230 tons. We bend in lengths up to 3000 mm in 10 mm thickness, and we use modern technologies with an angle search system that ensures high precision. For larger productions, we use bending fixtures and 3D graphics in complex tasks.
Welding
We weld steel and aluminum using the methods of MIG/MAG and WIG. Moreover, we make bolt-, condenser-, point-welding, and soldering. For larger productions, we set up welding fixtures to ensure a quicker process and uniform quality. We also use welding robots.
Stainless steel
Stainless steel is welded by our skilled and certified personnel. We work according to industry standards, and the welding of stainless steel takes place in separate areas arranged for that purpose only. We use mostly TIG, and we are able to weld with other well-known methods as well.
Casting
We produce castings for subsequent processing in casting GG20, steel castings GGG40, aluminum, and bronze alloys. Furthermore, we produce wax casting for stainless steel.
Assembling
We often perform assembling in cases where the product is transformed through a series of value-adding processes. We gather and assemble various production parts and provide the appropriate packaging.
Surface treatment
We carry out appropriate surface treatment for many products, possessing several methods such as electroplating, varnishing, powder coating, wet paint, nickel plating, chrome plating, anodizing, galvanizing, pickling, grinding, polishing, electro-polishing, and tumbling.
